Perry Robinson

Perry joined McGregor Boyall in November 2007 with a year’s recruitment experience behind him and is a prime example of our flexible approach to career development.

One of Perry’s main reasons for joining was that he felt his previous employer did little to offer a learning environment – he was recommended to approach McGregor Boyall and has never looked back!  

Perry initially joined the Infrastructure Team as a Associate Consultant and with a lot of established Consultants to learn from he quickly moved into a Consultant role on the IT Team.  We actively encourage our consultants to talk to us about moving teams – it keeps skill sets fresh and is also good for a consultant’s personal development – and staff retention.
          
After a successful stint as a Consultant, with increased client exposure, he was promoted to Senior Consultant where he used his experience to mentor his own Associate Consultant and build his own team.  Now a Principal Consultant in our Application Development Team Perry is a fantastic example of where hard work and dedication, coupled with the right environment and support can get you.
