He was attracted to recruitment because it had all of the elements that he enjoyed at his previous role - sales, money and competition - but it also allowed him the opportunity to join a company that was people focused, not product based.

After working as a Resourcer for nine months, David was given a tailored development plan to guide his progression to Consultant. He received regular one-to-one mentoring from his Head of Division which, coupled with his personal dedication to his role, resulted in his promotion to consultant in September 2012.
