Diversity

At McGregor Boyall we believe that diversity matters.  Yes, it matters from a moral and social perspective.  But it is not only a sense of social awareness and responsibility which drives our commitment to diversity. 

We also believe that as a recruitment firm we are in the front line of the challenge to recruit, and then develop and retain, talented individuals from the widest possible range of backgrounds.

We believe that progressive, diverse organisations think and act more broadly, imaginatively and, ultimately, effectively than those drawn from a narrow, regressive base.

Long before it became mainstream practice, we started gathering data which has allowed us to ensure that our own recruitment, as well as the recruitment we help our clients to achieve, is diverse in design and execution.
