Executive Search ManagerHR
A leading global investment bank has a rare and unique opportunity on a 6-month interim basis initially, the potential to extend. They are seeking an Executive Search Manager. This role will be responsible for working with core senior business leaders to build talent pipelines and hire critical senior roles within the experience in hiring into the following business functions:
- Corporate, Financials and Multinationals Banking / Transaction Banking
- Infrastructure/Real Estate
- Equity Capital Markets / Debt Capital Markets / Liquidity Adjustment Facility / Asset Based Financing
- Financial Institutions Group
The role will involve liaising with senior individuals operating within this space to effectively map out the market, providing critical intel around challenges specific to hiring and retaining talent in these disciplines.
It will involve working with both passive and active talent in the space to support on hiring requirements in the organisation and future potential roles, engaging clients appropriately with the organisation. Whilst the role will still involve working in conjunction with Search firms on some role, the overall objective will be to reduce the reliance purely on third parties and build the direct acquisition proposition.
The core requirement for this role is for the Search specialist to have an extensive network in the majority of the outlined disciplines and so the organisations will consider individuals with both or either in-house or search boutique experience.
