Our client is a leading global professional services organisation seeking a Learning Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contact. The L&D advisor will have responsibility for providing L&D advisory to business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of various L&D programmes and to help drive a number of L&D priorities across the Consulting practice.

DUTIES:

  • Learning design/delivery associated with new junior talent programmes including inductions and ongoing development needs
  • Learning design/delivery and/or on-site support of L&D programmes associated with wider grade development pathways and core Consulting curriculum
  • Learning advisory to a specific business area within Consulting
  • Contribution towards wider team activities and adhoc projects

MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • 40% Learning design/delivery associated with new junior talent programmes including inductions and ongoing development needs.
  • 30% Learning design/delivery and/or on-site support of L&D programmes associated with wider grade development pathways and core Consulting curriculum.
  • 20% Learning advisory to a specific business area within Consulting
  • 10% Contribution to wider team activities

The role is based in London, although there may be occasional travel and short periods of time away from home associated with programme delivery throughout the UK.

  • Able to successfully manage a pressured and varied workload (Essential)
  • Very high attention to detail and a proactive approach to work (Essential)
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a high performing team environment (Essential)
  • Advanced IT proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Databases) (Essential)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment (Desirable)
  • Understanding of adult learning techniques, learning lifecycle and commitment to development of people (Desirable)
  • Experience in organising large off-site training events (Desirable)
