My client is looking for a Resourcing Partner for a short term contract, initially for 3 months but with the potential to extend, to support on hiring predominantly for the HR function. This individual will have experience on supporting on hiring up to senior Head of/Director level within HR on either an in-house or agency side.
The role will require the suitable candidate to be responsible for the 360 delivery of hires within the HR space and they should be able to manage multiple processes, engaging with appropriate stakeholders and advising on the best approach for hiring in roles and the broad HR market. Strong experience of conduction in depth CBI techniques to support on filtering with candidates will also be key to this role
The right candidate will be able to work within a fast-paced environment (flexible on sector) with have high level attention to detail, who is a hard worker and a self-starter
- Previous HR recruitment experience
- Competency based interviewing and assessment techniques
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work on multiples requirements at pace
The role may also require for the candidate to support on the recruitment requirements for other functions when required.
