Reward Governance SpecialistHR
I am seeking a Reward Governance Specialiat on behalf of my client within the financial services space. Directly reporting into the Head of Reward Governance, you will be responsible for providing expertise on reward governance and regulatory reward matters whilst manging the design and excecution of relevant policies and processes.
You will be an experienced Reward Governance Specialist with a proven track record of reward implementation, familiarity with UK remuneration regulations and strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
