Service Delivery Analyst - ITIL - Incident/Problem Management - Major Incident Manager -- Permanent - London - Private Banking

A leading Private Bank is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their successful and growing IT Service Management team.

The successful candidate will work efficiently within incident, problem and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Major Incident Management for IT issues
  • Ensure service management processes are effectively applied
  • Manage Incident, Problem and change management
  • Attend the weekly change advisory board meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement of the change management process
  • Chairing review meetings after major incidents

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in Service Delivery environment
  • Experience in Service management tools
  • Knowledge of change, release and major incident management
  • Being able to implement and develop processes in a complex environment
  • Experience of chairing/leading meetings
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong communication skills
