A leading Financial Services company looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their successful and growing IT Service Management.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the change owners to drive successful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the change and release process activities
  • Escalating service or systems risk and issues
  • Work with Service Management
  • Chairing the weekly change advisory board meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement of the change management process
  • Chairing review meetings after major incidents

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in Service Delivery Manager /Change management role
  • Experience in Service Management
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of change, release and major incident management
  • Being able to implement and develop processes in a complex environment
  • ITIL v3 certificate
  • Strong communication skills
