My client a highly respected global financial institution is looking for an experienced Senior

Marketing professional with extensive experience in B2B Banking and specifically in

Liquidity & Cash Management.

  • You will lead the development of the marketing strategy and tactical marketing requirements to support the Liquidity and Cash Management business.
  • Creating and delivering a strategic vision and tactical plan that will drive the business forward as it undertakes a strategic investment in people, products and technology that will grow its business
  • Delivering a research an insight agenda that informs ExCo decisions ensuring that they are client-centric and commercially sound
  • Develop product propositions that deliver revenue, sustain client engagement and enhance segment and sector propositions
  • Develop strategic and tactical marketing support to the Global Liquidity and Cash Management businesses
  • Managing research and providing insight and analytics to ensure client needs are met
  • Delivering effective campaigns required to deliver on revenue targets associated with the launch of new products
  • Identifying strategies to deliver results in a complex regulatory environment balancing regulatory and business imperatives with client needs.
  • Positioning the business as a market leader within cash management specific industry forums
  • Deploying effective, digitally savvy sales enablement activities to ensure sales readiness as part of all marketing initiatives

Experience required

  • Experience in Marketing gained in B2B Banking and specifically in global liquidity and Cash management-essential
  • Solid experience in a global Marketing role gained in the B2B Financial services/Transaction Banking sector, with strong strategic mind-set
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Experience in strategic marketing and developing product propositions
  • Ability to lead in a changing environment
  • Experience in developing Marketing Communications planning and operational experience, including demonstrable success in developing and delivering campaign strategies and multi-channel high profile campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing essential
  • Experience of managing agencies
