Senior Application Support Lead / Manager / Banking / LondonSupport
I am currently looking for a Senior Application Support Lead/ Manager to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be working on a new project within their business.
The role is to lead a team that is responsible for providing first and second line support to the business. The job includes the responsibility for day to day people management, system availability and implementing service improvements. The aim is to reduce the number of support calls raised by providing a stable environment and introducing solutions to reoccurring issues. The team needs to be able to respond quickly and appropriately and will need to have a great understanding of business functions and processes.
This position is in a fast-paced Support team where the team supports numerous Financial Market Trading, Payment and Reconciliation applications.
You will require strong IT Support background along with excellent business knowledge and proven leadership experience.
You'll have familiarity with working in a support environment dealing directly with end users and be able to demonstrate team leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving service improvement and efficiencies.
500-700 per day
