Business Development Manager (Direct Sales/Cloud)

Responsibilities:

  • Explore, Identify and Qualify business opportunities among Direct Customers (Telco, Internet, Gaming, Media, FS and etc), introduce company's Cloud offerings into ASEAN especially Singapore market, establish a strong market image
  • Work with internal leadership team to design Direct Sales strategy, execute the business strategies and ensure they are in line with company's Globalization strategy
  • Manage Go-to-market strategy, participate in the marketing campaigns
  • Drive strong results oriented execution with cross functional collaboration. Lead solution development efforts that best addresses end user needs, work internally with Solution Architect, Marketing and Support teams to meet Customers' expectation
  • Build and grow the relationships with Customers, educate them on company's Cloud products and Services, and influence their decisions
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • 10 yrs in Direct Sales in Enterprise solution selling, out of which 3-5 years in Cloud Computing line
  • Proven recording in driving BD strategies, achieving individual sales target and helping team hit the business goal
  • Well connected in Cloud industry with rich experience in bringing in new business opportunities, demonstrate the ability of building business from scratch
  • Possess good understanding on different Cloud Products offered by leading Cloud players like AWS, Microsoft, Google and etc.
  • In-depth knowledge on the landscape of Local, Regional and even Global Cloud business, possess good insight of the current market situation and development trend
  • Excellent C-level stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiar with PaaS, IaaS & SaaS, Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud products
  • Hungry and driven with 'can-do' attitude and entrepreneur spirit
  • Self-starter, goal-getter with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with start-up environment and frequent business travelling in the region
