I am seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator for a short 2 month interim (that has the potential to be extended) on behalf of my client, a FTSE 100 company. Reporting directly into the Logistics lead, you will be responsible for contracting in the goods and services required in order to facilitate the delivery of training session schedules.

You will have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in establishing mutually beneficial relationships
  • Proven ability to prioritise own work effectively in a busy, multi-faceted role.
  • A self starter, able to progress issues and work under own steam; but aware of the need to escalate and seek advice or guidance as required.
  • A good team player; willing work outside of immediate scope of role, sometimes at a higher level and happy to 'pitch in' at particularly busy times.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
