HR & Payroll Systems Manager - Integrated HR & Payroll Software - York (with potential to work from home 1 day per week)
This York based organisation, is looking to hire an experienced HR & Payroll Systems Manager, with extensive integrated HR & Payroll experience.
As the HR & Payroll Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the management of HR systems and processes, managing the payroll function and the development and production of HR management information | HR MI (using Excel).
My client is looking for an HR & Payroll Systems Manager with a strong working knowledge and experience of maintaining and developing HRIS/ Payroll Systems and with an aptitude for working with new software and technical solutions.
They need someone with experience of managing a payroll service including processes and statutory regulations and someone with highly tuned analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful and credible management information (strong/advanced Excel) in a creative way that meets the needs of a diverse set of stakeholder.
A self-motivated and patient individual, you will possess strong project management skills and experience and will have the ability to push through and accept change. Whilst there a need to be process driven, you will enjoy exploring innovative solutions that add value.
