I'm Ellie, a talent executive at Mcgregor Boyall. After returning from travelling in Australia, I started my career in recruitment. In 2018 I got my first role as an internal recruitment consultant and I found my passion, I absolutely love working with people and I also like a good chat, so it suited me very well! Since then, I have worked in technology recruitment but have now made a full circle back into talent acquisition, where I feel I belong. My favourite things about recruitment are getting to know the candidates I spend my day speaking to and watching people I bring on board progress.

Outside of work I am a massive foodie, although the phrase ‘eyes bigger than your belly’ was probably created for me, that doesn’t stop me from ordering half of the menu. I love a good holiday and weekend away, any excuse to explore a new place, whether its abroad or in the UK!
