I'm Leona, and I work as an Associate Consultant for McGregor Boyall within the Software Engineering team. I recruit Java Developers (Quant and Technical) for contract and permanent roles in most Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Digital Ventures, Fintechs and other organisations in London and the UK. I joined McGregor Boyall in 2022 and am working towards completing my history degree at Bournemouth University, joining McGregor Boyall for my industrial year placement. So far, this has enabled me to see a solid potential career path for myself after completing my degree, as I enjoy the fast-paced, competitive, social atmosphere.
