I'm Thomas, a Senior Consultant for McGregor Boyall. I have more than five years of experience working in the Technology space, often engaging with Scottish top developers and technologists. This has allowed me to build up a local network of some of the harder skillsets to find. I have experience working in many sectors, primarily in the corporate FS space and the medical industry. I like to grasp the real motivators and try to be as personable and informative as possible for someone choosing the next step in their career. I guide candidates and clients through the process of making the correct decisions.
