The chosen applicant will have previous experience closely collaborating with product and design teams to identify and prioritise consumer issues and formulate the best research questions. They will be capable of developing research roadmaps to keep the team on track and assist in establishing both short- and long-term strategic direction. They will have a strong understanding of and expertise with the design thinking process.

Responsibilities:

Significant expertise doing both strategic and tactical research projects from scratch is required.

Ability to synthesise and communicate information in a powerful and usable way to create a shared understanding of user opportunities and demands.

Ability to work in the Cardiff office and has a proven track record of managing stakeholders and being courageous in pushing design research (whenever necessary)
