Contract Role

Umbrella Day Rate - £350 - £420/day (Inside IR35)

Belfast - 3 days in office (hybrid working)

A top-tier international bank is seeking a business manager to join its Client Business Execution team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting a major enterprise-wide strategic initiative focused on workforce management.

Candidates should have:

  • Experience as a business manager/operations manager within financial services and large institutional operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulae manipulation and pivot tables)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels
