Seeking a Culture & Inclusion Lead based in Sofia, Bulgaria to sit within the HR function to drive the global Culture & Inclusion (C&I) strategy globally for a fast-paced, transformative global organisation within the technology sector. The role is seeking a seasoned HR professional with a passion and experience within culture enablement to work with business leaders and the broader HR team to drive impactful initiative to enhance organisational culture and foster diversity equity & inclusion.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Act as the lead in the development of the global Culture & Inclusion strategy; defining, implementing and tracking the progress of tailored solutions, talent programmes and key KPIs across culture, leadership, employee engagement, employee value proposition, inclusion & diversity, and employee wellbeing.
  • Create organisational capability by introducing training and engagement experiences that strengthen the culture framework and DE&I agenda.
  • Recommend and implement engagement and learning opportunities beyond formal training, such as global Employee Resource Group activities, panel discussions, and career events.
  • Manage employee annual surveys, pulse surveys, exit surveys, and implement focus groups to assess and maintain a real-time pulse of the current climate and culture. Work with key stakeholders to develop, cascade, and support action to drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Facilitate change management efforts that engage employees across the organisation.
  • Design and execute a multi-channel internal communication strategy to drive C&I messaging awareness, understanding, and adoption.
  • Measure and quantify the impact impactive of initiatives to leverage a test-and-learn approach for ongoing improvement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to continuously monitor, analyze, and document progress in alignment with established diversity metrics, providing detailed reports that offer insights into the organization's efforts to foster inclusivity and diversity across all initiatives.
  • On a monthly basis, utilize data analytics tools to dashboard and derive actionable insights from C&I data, informing strategic decisions and investment.
  • Provide monthly reporting and dashboards to drive actionable insight from C&I data to support decision making
  • Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a demonstrated concentration in the culture, engagement, and DE&I space preferred.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills. Capable of analyzing, interpreting, and translating data into meaningful insights and easily digestible content.
  • High proficiency in data visualization tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting scalable culture and inclusion solutions, programs, and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to be hands-on and execute tasks while also thinking strategically.
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build influential relationships and drive healthy discussions about sophisticated issues.
