Are you a friendly and hardworking Customer Service professional looking for a new opportunity in 2024? Our client, a friendly textile business based in Canary Wharf, is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team.

Salary: £25-27K

Location: East London

Working Monel: 5 days in the office 8:30 am - 5:30 pm or 9-6 pm

Experience required: The ideal candidate should possess good experience working in a customer service-based role in an office environment.

Duties:

  • Provide first-class customer service to clients by processing orders, & sample requests
  • Ensuring delivery schedules are met
  • Responding to queries and quotation requests via telephone and emails
  • Support the sales team and provide excellent aftercare service.
  • Tracking orders

Experience required:

  • Customer Service experience working in an office environment, either in a call centre or as part of a customer success team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly and positive working attitude.
  • Flexibility is key.
