Executive Assistant

Our client, a global and leading consulting company based in the City, is now hiring an Executive Assistant for a 14-month FTC.

This role will be crucial to the support team, aiding administrative support to up to 10 seniors within the business. Thie ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years experience as a PA or EA within professional services.

Salary: £41,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Working Model: 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Friday)

Hours: 9-5:30 pm

Duties include:

  • Diary management.
  • Email management.
  • Management of calls
  • Coordination of meetings, including booking of internal meeting rooms.
  • Processing invoices for payment.
  • Time entry and expenses.
  • Organising complex international travel itineraries.

Experience Required:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as an EA/PA.
  • Experience working in a professional services organisation is key.
  • High organised and flexible in your approach.
  • Proactive
  • Excellent skills in all MS Office Packages, including Excel.
