Facilities & Relocation co-ordinator

Our public sector client is looking for a Facilities & Relocation co-ordinator to work on a hybrid basis from their London office on a 9 month Fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for business-as-usual facilities management activities as well as assisting with project work relating to office relocation making sure the transition from one office to the other is communicated well and completed on time. Additionally, you will be involved with running in person internal and external events.

Experience required:

  • PA/Office manager expertise
  • Multi tasking across several areas of the business
  • Managing external suppliers, building management and stakeholders
  • Supporting all internal staff ensuring the professional office environment is safe
  • Resolution of operational queries relating to the office moves
