Senior Finance Controller - Human Resources

We have an opportunity for an experienced Controller who has experience in financial management of cost centers globally. You will be pivotal in managing budgets, financial and HR analytics and be effective at controlling process to ensure there is alignment with the organisations strategy and goals.

  • Drive headcount and cost budgeting, rolling forecasts for the HR cost centers using SAP
  • Regular personnel cost and headcount variance analysis of actuals against forecast & budget across all HR units and entities with SAP and MIS (Infor office Plus)
  • Monthly HR forecasting & closing, drive headcount & cost analysis and recommend action for all HR cost centers globally
  • Control global HR costs (e.g. recruiting costs)
  • Review and approve purchase requests
  • Support the monthly closing process with financial and accounting activities
  • Design of reports and Management Information
  • Implementation and process improvements in HR Controlling
  • Point of contact for management team concerning all personnel expenses and personnel budget related matters.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Qualifications/Experience

  • Excellent Degree Qualification and Academic Record
  • Completed degree (Master or Diploma), ideally with focus on Accounting, Finance/Controlling or related discipline or comparable qualifications
  • Working experience in accounting, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), commercial, auditing or controlling in an international company with strong experience with SAP (P10, P30) and knowledge of MIS Infor Office Plus is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables, look up formulas, etc.), Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with ability to present complex economic facts in a clear & understandable way
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal confidently with colleagues and departments in an international team
  • Proficiency in English spoken and written
