We are recruiting a HR Advisor role in a business that will offer great benefits and career development! The role will provide effective HR Advisory and administration to the business; assisting the HR People Manager in delivering the HR strategy.
Duties include:
- Support, develop, and coach managers in matters of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, working with the Trade Union.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents.
- Supporting with HR Projects.
- Delivery of induction training for new starters.
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site.
- Primary contact for managers and employees across all people matters.
- Maintaining data and management of the HRIS.
- MI Reporting.
Skills Requirements:
- Experience within a HR role, HR Advisory or Officer, within a busy working environment
- Excellent understanding of employment law
- Good understanding of employee relation matters
- Exposure to Unions and TUPE
- HR operational experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
