The Team:

The team's primary focus lies in cutting-edge technology and engineering fields, including generative AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, contemporary application stacks (utilizing Golang and Gatekeeper), open-source solutions, and the latest advancements within the Kubernetes ecosystem.


Responsibilities of a Lead AI Software Engineer:

  • Leverage the opportunity to explore gen AI and ML in real-world large-scale applications.
  • Rapidly build and test ideas, approaches, and techniques in the AI domain
  • Implement and enhance the latest AI research papers
  • Apply your specialised software engineering expertise


Required Skills and Experience for a Lead AI Software Engineer:

  • 8+ years minimum experience in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with a preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Golang.
  • Experience working with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Understanding of language models and transformers.
  • Strong comprehension of vector stores and search algorithms.
  • Expertise in large-scale ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development.
  • Direct engineering experience in building high-performance, large-scale ML (Machine Learning) systems.
  • Hands-on experience in MLOps (Machine Learning Operations), including a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) process.
  • Previous experience supporting engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with LangChain and potential contributions to a project.
  • Recognized contributions to open-source projects and a proactive approach to innovative tooling, API creation, ML/Ops automation, and other areas.
