Marketing Manager

This role will be office- based 5 days per week in Central London

Seeking a Marketing Manager to join a reputable, SME organisation within the Commodities trading space. They are looking for a very strong, credible individual to partner with the business based in the UK This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling business and become the first marketing manager to lead and drive all activity to drive their online presence and branding within the market. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be working in a high-achieving and collaborative environment and have direct access to senior stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop a comprehensive content strategy that is aligned with the branding to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and activate social media campaigns to increase audience engagement.
  • Planning global campaigns that are in line with this companies positioning and long term goals.
  • Conduct research and connect with matter experts to create original content related to current market trends.
  • Plan, create and optimise content across various channels to increase audience engagement, this includes but is not limited to - website, marketing collateral, presentations, social media, and video.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong understanding of reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of a campaign and making any suitable changes

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within a marketing role across a variety of channels including marketing collateral, presentations, social media, press releases, social media, video etc.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline channels
  • Ability to effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships to ensure the best outcome.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to plan and implement content strategies to maximise audience engagement.
  • Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A background in the renewables and energy sector
  • Proven experience of working across global markets
