Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Role Type - Contract, Outside IR35, Remote

Rate - £400-£500pd depending on experience

Contract Length - 6 Months (likely extension)

Responsibilities:

• Working on the Health Check Improvements programme:
• Attend workshops with HR and Payroll SMEs and third party supplier
• Design and document new 'To Be' processes to fit the seeded product
• Creation of Test plan and test scripts for UAT
• Interface between business process, test teams, functional and test teams
• Advise test teams and third party supplier upon defects and HCM configuration
• The role is part of supporting the Project Manager, HR and Payroll SMEs in getting back to the seeded product
• Working with data, testing, functional and technical teams and advising where necessary

Essential

• An experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst
• Experience of recent Oracle HCM and Payroll implementation programmes with public sector especially councils
• Experience of designing new 'To Be' processes and user guides
• Experience of testing
• Experience of working with HR and Payroll SMEs, Technical teams and third party suppliers
• Self-starter
