My client is a large and prestigious trading company based in the city of London.
They are now hiring a Personal & Team Assistant to work across two teams in the business covering a 15-month maternity contract.
This role will provide multiple MDs & VPs with administrative support and be part of a collaborative, friendly, and busy working culture.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant within financial services, looking after senior management.
Duties:
- Extensive diary management for internal and external meetings.
- Arranging meeting rooms and catering.
- Extensive travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense claims.
- Budget tracking.
- Raising of purchase orders.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for department meetings.
- Preparing documentation for meetings.
- Supporting in IT issues.
- Assisting the other EA's where required.
Skills/experience required:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant, working for senior management.
- Experience in a trading or financial company.
- Highly organized and can adapt to forever-changing environments.
- Proficient in all MS Packages, including PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
