- As part of this dynamic organization, you will collaborate closely with quant researchers and data teams to test and evaluate new alternative datasets.

Key Responsibilities of a Quantitative Data Developer:
- Collaborate with quant researchers and data teams to test and evaluate new alternative datasets
- Automate the extraction of predictive features using machine learning and statistical methods
- Manage the complete lifecycle of data science projects: data acquisition, exploration, engineering, prototyping, and production
- Utilize various methods such as unsupervised and supervised learning, NLP, and anomaly detection
- Work closely with data engineers and quantitative researchers to understand and architect complex systems
Required Skills and Experience for a Quantitative Data Developer:
- Keen interest in financial markets, data analysis, and programming
- Expertise in managing structured and unstructured data
- Advanced programming experience in Python (C/C++, C# is a plus)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, etc.
- Intellectual curiosity to identify emerging and alternative data
- Ability to work autonomously within a global team of researchers and data engineers
- Post Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 3+ years of experience as a Quant Developer, Data Engineer, Analyst, or Scientist
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, high-velocity environment
- Excellent communication skills
