Total Rewards Analyst

Our client based in the UAE is a global investment management organisation looking for an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join their team and support with research, analysis, design, and effective administration of compensation and reward projects and programs across the organisation.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research into Rewards, including salary surveys
  • Salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation
  • Job grading
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to internal salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives based on market trends
  • Provide data driven insights to inform decision making on compensation related matters
  • Prepare detailed reports to presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address compensation related enquiries such as compensation modelling
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to compensation practices
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to analyse compensation packages for new hires providing guidance & advice
  • Monitor compensation trends in expatriate employee's base countries
  • Ensure department data is relevant and correct

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of compensation & rewards experience ideally in banking or investment management
  • Proven track record of experience within compensation/reward roles
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Ideally CIPD/SHRM qualified
