Seeking a highly experienced Compensation/ Reward Lead for a 5 month contract - initially 3 days per week reducing to 2 days per week as the project progresses. The role will focus on the design, implementation and communication of a robust and holistic compensation plan for a small fast growth business. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience of building a career framework and aligning it to a compensation strategy.
Critical responsibilities will include:
You will have extensive experience of driving compensation and reward strategies within an international environment with prior project experience around the career framework piece. This is an urgent role and I am ideally seeking candidates who are immediately available.
