1st Line – Helpdesk Support Analyst
Location: London
Contract
Our client is looking to bring in a 1st line helpdesk support analyst to working within their small team to provide support to their global offices. You will act as the central point of contract for all internal and client support issues in both London and work with their global offices in Singapore and New York.
Main Duties:
- Manage all incidents and requests
- Basic troubleshooting skills to provide technical support for users
- Pick up calls and emails to the help desk
- Asset management, record keeping and updating inventory
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience within 1st Line Support
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience supporting Microsoft-based operating systems, with emphasis on Windows 7 and 10
- Logitech and Cisco hardware experience

I am seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to cover a 12month interim contract to support the HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders on all aspects of employee relations, policy and legislations within an Investment Bank.
Core responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the effective manager of ER-related risks (legal, financial and reputations for employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, litigation case management, restructures/reorganisations and performance management
- Act as the internal escalation and expert on all aspects of ER and build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Ensure all ER strategy, policies and processes are compliant with legislation and tie in effectively with both commercial and functional HR requirements
- Review, design and implement best in class HR documentation relating to all aspects of ER
- Delivery of specialist training to HR and the business on ER when required
- Ensure all ER policies remain current and up to date, in keeping with changes in legislation
Key skills & experience required:
- Qualified up to degree level or equivalent
- Extensive experience of UK employment law and/or working as an employee relations specialist within the UK, in a fast paced business environment, working within Investment Banking or with an employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement
- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- High level credibility and confidentiality, with the sensitivity and diplomacy to deal effectively with challenging situations
