Our client is a growing tech business who are looking for a talented marketing manager to join the team.

The postholder will have solid experience across digital channels and a proven record of driving growth. You will plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and work closely with the sales team to provide leads. You will have experience building and testing landing pages in order to deliver impressive conversion rates as well as managing and optimising the paid media channels.

The individual will have experience working for a growth business ideally in the education or tech space and be willing to get stuck in. Working closely with the wider marketing function, sales and customer success teams will require a team player.

  • Chief Transformation Officer (Middle East)

    We have been retained by a distinguished retail banking client in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Chief Transformation Officer who will help build a road-map and execute their Digital Transformation strategy. If that excites you we would love to hear from you!

    This person will report into the CEO of the bank.

    You will be responsible for all strategy related to the banks digital transformation journey. This is a business focused position across their retail and wholesale banking divisions.

    You must have a deep understanding of banking, finance and operations processes. Proven track record of driving disruptive transformational change projects within a retail or wholesale banking environment.

    Acting as Chief Transformation Officer of the bank, you will be responsible for -

    • Acting as the key bridge between the executive vision and the prioritisation of the work of the organisation

    • Assesses financial and non-financial impact of opportunities

    • Promotes positive disruption

    • Promotes agile ways of working to accelerate transformation

    • Ensures delivery to time and budget, and achievement of targeted bottom line impact

A leading software company are looking for a Marketing & Communications Director to join the business in a newly created position.

Reporting into the CMO, the postholder will take responsibility for devising and implementing the marketing strategy and scaling the marketing function. You will have experience working for a sales driven Software Tech or Data Analytics firm planning and executing integrated campaigns, driving marketing activities to develop and maintain brand positioning, oversee a content marketing department who will execute the social media strategy and have an SEO/SEM strategy in place.

You will manage several relationships across the business with the likes of Product, HR, Finance and Senior Leadership. You will also manage the relationship between Marketing & PR agencies and be supported with a large budget to deliver the company objectives.
