Our client, a highly regarded global financial services organisation are looking to appoint a HR Systems Lead for a global project that will focus on Talent Succession and Internal Mobility.

Reporting into the Head of HR Design and Solution Architecture with a dotted line reporting into the Future Skills programme, this role will have overall accountabilities of:

  • Acting as the design lead for key projects or initiatives with a focus on Talent Succession Internal Mobility.
  • Owning the planning and implementation of SRT and UAT for the Future Skills programme.
  • Applying employee experience / service mindset to develop the solutions.
  • Responsible for providing expertise to, and develop relationships with HR and HR IT stakeholders to ensure new and changed solutions, are optimal, and in line to meet the business objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all changes to HR process and system changes are appropriately user acceptance tested and signed-off.
  • Aligning SuccessFactors to deliver effective releases across modules and working with different data models across different systems.
  • Provide oversight and governance of HR Designs.
  • Responsible for working on a day-to-day basis with HR leads of key systems (Taleo, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors Systems).


  • Experience in HR with a strong understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR Systems.
  • Have a natural curiosity to gain a deeper understanding of client needs..
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar solution.
  • Experience in dealing with the clients of HR to understand the user perspective.
  • Experience within a Design Authority in major transformation programme.

  • Senior Compliance Assurance Manager
    £57000 - £64000 per annum

    Senior Compliance Assurance Manager is part of the Compliance Assurance team, a second line function.

    Working as part of the Compliance Assurance Team, you’ll work with the other colleagues across the organisation to deliver compliance assurance reports, and external assurance reporting. The role doesn’t have direct reports at present, you’ll have the opportunity to support the development of team members through oversight, training and coaching.

    As Senior Compliance Assurance Manager, you’ll work with the Head of Compliance Assurance in the development and delivery of both sides of the firms compliance assurance programme and methodology.

    You’ll take part to the design and delivery of a risk based annual Compliance Assurance Plan, including the development of a regulatory risk universe.

    You’ll be responsible for producing quality reporting to the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and senior leadership team. You’ll have previous experience in delivering assurance in a second line of defence function (internal audit, surveillance, assurance or monitoring) as well as financial services (Pension experience is useful but not essential).

  • Programme Manager
    £120000 - £135000 per annum

    My client, a technology consultancy in London, are seeking a Permanent Programme Manager, who has extensive Guidewire implementation experience, to work at one of their top tier Insurance clients.

    This consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to work on a large Cloud Migration, where they will be responsible for implementing Guidewire and upgrades for Claims, Billing and Policy centres.

    This role requires a strong Programme Manager who will be accountable for the leadership of this migration, including all areas of governance, with full P&L accountability.

    The ideal candidate must have:

    • Strong Programme Management experience
    • Extensive Guidewire implementation experience
    • Experience of large scale projects within the insurance sector
    • Experience of Scaled Agile Framework to deliver projects
    • Deep understanding of the insurance process
    • Understanding of cloud technology and modern technology concepts such as containerisation, cloud security is desired
    • Excellent communication skills.

  • QA Analyst (SDET/Automation/JavaScript)
    £65000 - £70000 per annum

    McGregor Boyall has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance analyst/SDET to help improve the test coverage across the organisation. You will be involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities including manual and Automation testing as part of an energetic and highly experienced team.

    You will be involved in all aspects of QA, particularly developing testing frameworks using JavaScript, Selenium WebDriver and Node.JS. To be successful in this role you will ideally have most of the below:

    • Ability to interpret complex business requirements and design quality test cases that can be reused.
    • Relevant QA automation experience in developing testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript, NodeJS, WebdriverIO
    • Experience in system integration, user acceptance and regression testing.
    • Recent experience testing back end API’s, complex web applications and FIX protocols.
    • Good understanding and experience in load/performance testing of web-application and APIs

    Financial services experience is preferred but not essential. In return , you'll be part of a high functioning team who deliver robust solutions using a wide array of technologies.
