  • Workplace Investing Project Manager
    £65000 - £72000 per annum + + 20% bonus

    I'm currently recruiting for a global asset management firm looking to hire a Workplace Investing Project Manager.

    Candidates should have:

    • Experience managing projects from initiation through to implementation preferably in an agile development cycle
    • Working with offshore development teams eg India, Ireland, China and US
    • Experience of tools like Atlassian suite, Confluence, JIRA etc
    • Preferably knowledge / experience of Financial Services within Pensions - Self Invested Personal Pensions, Defined Contribution Pension schemes and / or Defined Benefit Pension schemes.
    • Preferably Agile/Scrum qualified or have experience and a good understanding of the techniques used.
    • Strong project & people management skills.
    • Willingness to get in to the detail and drive activities forward.
    • Ability to analyse issues and produce innovative solutions.
    • Good networking and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Good organisation and coordination skills.
    • Good Microsoft office skills – Powerpoint, Project, Excel, Word.

  • End user support specialist

    Leading financial services business is seeking an End User Support Engineer to join their Paris office on a permanent basis.

    The support engineer will:

    • Demonstrate advanced to expert knowledge in all aspects of desktop hardware and peripherals, Microsoft Operating Systems and industry standard maintenance.
    • Support desktop technology and applications
    • Respond to calls and manage issues until resolution even if escalated to another team
    • Troubleshoot in the Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Suite, Market Data applications, Mobile computing, printers and other applications.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years technical desktop support experience
    • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Knowledge of various Operating systems (e.g. MS Windows or Apple OS)
    • Fluent in English and French
