I'm working with a Media client of mine who are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their technology department which are responsible for the design and delivery of all of their technical projects.

Candidates must have:

  • Several years of project management experience within a formalised governance environment.
  • Previous experience working within a technology or has Broadcasting industry experience.
  • Managed a minimum of 4 projects previously.
  • A recognised project management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 or PMI.
  • Confidence in project management processes and the use of these (such as agile, waterfall).
  • An understanding of IT, broadcasting, IPTV, OTT and how digital technology contributes to the services being delivered, e.g. digital asset management.
  • Experience of managing external third-party suppliers, contracts and procurement of products and services.
  • VOD or DRM experience (Desired).
  • Attention to detail; self-starter, delivery focused, works to own initiative and has a strong focus on successful project completion.

  • HR Program Manager
    £600 - £610 per day

    My client is seeking an HR Project Manager who has had a focus on Talent Management initiatives to project manage the integration of a talent management processes, implementing a new platform combining performance, skills, career paths and succession.

    The HR Project Manager will build stakeholder relationships and help drive the People Team to make value driven decisions around the talent management journey. You will drive outcomes, working with all People Team specialisms and oversee the interconnected talent management projects, helping the team to reconcile interdependencies and identify the priority areas.

    Key areas of focus:

    • Facilitate communication and deliverables between multiple and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of the program
    • End-to-end program management, i.e. lead the interactions with stakeholders
    • Responsible for building project plan, communications and managing dates with project manager
    • Initiate and maintain the program documentation, including all requirements, plans, timelines and deliverables
    • Ability to partner with technical experts, translating our needs in a way that drives appropriate design work
    • Complete post implementation reviews, and collect feedback from talent practices to highlight and advance our practices
    • Build supporting material (colleague, manager guides, FAQs, reporting templates) and create presentation decks to socialise to various audiences within HR and Business community


    • Experience developing and supporting talent management programs (i.e., performance, development, skills and competencies, career paths, and talent and succession planning programs)
    • HR Project Management experience
    • Ability to provide strategic guidance on links between performance, skills, career paths and succession planning
    • Experience using HR technology (HRIS, talent management systems, learning management systems)

  • Java Software Engineer Public Cloud
    £90000 - £110000 per annum

    American investment banking firm seeks a Java Software Developer for a permanent position paying up to £110,000, within their Cloud Infrastructure organization based in London.

    The Public Cloud Infrastructure team consists of a number of talented Java Software Engineers who are instrumental in implementing the architecture and the engineering processes and best practices to enable the foundational infrastructure (compute, network, storage, observability) required for application hosting in public cloud.

    The ideal candidate has experience in professional software development, designing and creating highly available cloud systems, and has the ability to implement cloud strategy. Advanced industry knowledge is key, as well as knowledge in building an engineering organization. The role requires a talented technologist with experience engaging with application developers throughout the full development life-cycle – from inception and design to deployment, operation, and iterative development.

  • HR Advisor - 6 Months FTC
    £33000 - £36000 per annum

    Our client, a Global Consulting organisation based in London, are seeking an HR Advisor on a 6 months FTC on an urgent basis to join their team. Working closely alongside their current HR Advisor, you will share responsibilities for a wide remit of stakeholders as well as supporting the Business Partner Team

    The ideal candidate should ideally possess experience working within Financial Services or Consulting and possess a good understanding of HR.


    • Managing HR policy and process queries from all levels of the business.
    • Supporting employees with any related queries or processes regarding their employment.
    • Support HR Business Partners with Employee Relations Cases including investigations and disciplinary and grievances
    • Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements.
    • Reporting and analysis of key HR metrics and trends such as attrition, working with the HRBPs to report back to the business and work on related projects.
    • Owning key HR processes such as the leaver process, probation process, maternity/paternity/shared parental leave processes and global mobility.
    • Support HR Business Partners with co-ordination of the performance management process for all employees.

    Candidate Specification:

    • Proven HR experience minimum 2-5 years within Professional Services/ Financial Services/ Management Consulting ideally
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills
    • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Advanced Excel skills are desirable
    • Experience with complex data analysis

    • Advising and working with senior stakeholders
    • Strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of a business
