I am seeking a strong senior talent management and performance management specialist to join large complex matric organisation to lead on all Talent and Performance initiatives for a 12 month FTC . The role will focus in on helping to define and embed critical talent management framework around toolkits utilised for assessment, talent identification and succession planning across the whole talent lifecycle. This is a critical senior role reporting into the Head of Talent Management, Learning and Talent Acquisition.
