We're very proactively seeking an Application Support Team Lead / 2nd Line Support Team Lead for our client, a leading UK LLP.
This is a hands on leadership and mentoring role, of a small, self managing and highly effective team, managing a large number of tickets/enquiries on a weekly basis within this highly reputable but modern firm.
Whilst the team are self managing this is a leadership role where you'll support and nurture their development and delivery.
Career opportunities in this role, include the ability to help shape Product and Application Management delivery & Service Design and Transition in the longer term.
The firm use a number of specific bespoke applications related to the legal sector so experience supporting one of the following tools is required:
A CMS - either Workshare, Visual Files, Proclaim, Pepermint & or Mettasphere
Adarent or IFS
Bighand or similar Workforce management system
Additional technology tooling highly desirable:
M365, Azure, Citrix, Win Server, Networking, O365. SQL.

Main Duties

You will also help transition workloads from on premise to cloud.
