Perm Role
Salary – £50k to £60k base + benefits
Location: Northampton - (2/3 days a week in the office)
Looking to recruit for a BAPM to join a global banking client. This person should have experience of supporting data & analytics or IT projects.
Candidates should have experience of:
- Experience with managing projects of medium complexity, business critical and cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to Senior level stakeholders
- Able to build up good knowledge of specialist areas that projects operate in.
- Strong team player who will make a condribution outside of their remitand able to work in a virtual team
- Understanding of Data Standards and Management of Data
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Project Management - Practitioner level accreditation (eg Prince 2, PMI, APM, Agile)
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing Data and Analytics driven projects
- Good Financial industry knowledge, experience of working with Risk, Finance and Treasury functions
- Basic knowledge of asset classes and associated trade, reference and instrument attributes. Knowledge of Equity Derivtives a plus
- Understanding of Data Platforms, Cloud Solutions and Monitoring and Alerting
- Understanding of banking applications and infrastructure
