An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Behavioural Research Analyst to work for a leading Banking organisation based in London.

The succesful person will be a key part of a new organisational Data Science HRMI team. You will become a market leader in the organisational science domain and will own the research requirements.

Key skills/experience required:

  • PhD or Masters in a behavioural science, maths, statistics, economics or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage with a wide range of teams.
  • Previous experience of managing customer insight and research projects
  • Strong understanding and passion for Data Science and Machine Learning
  • Ability to deliver complex research to high quality under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical background having had working experience of both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Able to contextualise research results with business reality to build a broader perspective acorss a range of issues
  • Ability to challenge existing theories/frameworks and suggest new ones

    I am currently seeking an experienced payroll administrator on the behalf of a global company operating within the logistics and supply chain industry.     • Experience of manually checking statutory payments and manually checking Tax and NI contributions
    • Sound experience using V Look-Ups and Pivot tables
    • Understanding of all HMRC submissions, such as RTI, P11D & PSA
    • Experience of preparing monthly payroll journals

  • IT Business Analyst - Bracknell (permanent)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen at a software company based in Bracknell. They are looking for an IT Business Analyst to help with a number of projects that will improve systems and processes for their rapidly growing business.
