Our client has a fantastic reputation providing accounting, audit and tax consultancy services across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, the Brand Manager will be responsible for developing a range of activities which are insight-led as well as both client and market centric to deliver the business growth objectives.

This position plays a fundamental role in supporting their brand both internally and externally and you will work closely with the wider brand marketing and business development teams.

In this role you will:

  • Make sure that the brand messaging is developed and communicated consistently.
  • Develop the strategic direction of UK experiential activity including their sponsorship and brand ambassador programme, focussed on accelerating brand awareness and building alignment with the Europe and US activity.
  • Lead the national campaign planning process, utilising both the internal and external communication platforms alongside the digital, corporate communications, and design teams.
  • Collate and analyse market data, bespoke research and internal data sources to spot trends and develop insights.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders including the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Business Development, Head of Sector and Service Line Marketing, Digital Communications Manager, Design Manager, Senior PR Manager and the National Information Service Director, along with key sector and service line partners.
  • Line manage the Brand Executive, taking responsibility for their development and performance.
  • Actively manage the brand budget to ensure maximum return on investment and track performance against KPIs.

To be successful you will have brand management experience in consumer, professional services or agency businesses.

    Full service infrastructure team based in Edinburgh requires a number of Service Design and Transition Analysts (IT Infrastructure Delivery) to help manage route to live plans for various new platforms and services.

    These exciting roles will see you embedded into various projects to ensure successful delivery that follows the Service Design roll-out plan.
