Our client has grown rapidly in the last few years, expanding further into new territories across the UK. They are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Analyst Team Leader to work collaboratively with the IT Teams, Operational Managers and the L&D department to understand and deliver successful business solutions.

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to take full responsibility for the leadership of the team and any necessary action to identify and implement improvement actions also ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and productivity. It will also be your job to conduct QA reviews of BA documentation and solutions; providing constructive feedback and recommendations, and ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.

You'll obviously have a strong understanding/experience of stakeholder management/ team management, PMO processes, conducting QA reviews, working in a similar BA role and preferably experience of working in a legal environment and have a strong understanding of the security involved .

    Our client, a Tier 1 investment banking group is seeking an experienced MI Analyst to join the team based in the London.

    Main duties and purpose of the role:

    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    • Assists in the development of special forecasts for all operational areas analysis utilizing mathematical, statistical and research techniques
    • Works independently or partners with other teams to design, develop and implement both reoccurring and ad hoc reports and metrics
    • Partners with process owners to design, develop and implement automations & database solutions
    • May provide technical expertise with the integration of new software and database solutions
    • Collaborates with business intelligence team to design Customer Support metrics and document business requirement
    • May provide project leadership on various initiatives in support of developing digital cockpits and dashboards and transitions of reporting universes

    This is a key role within the digital team, where you will be responsible for developing social media strategy, working closely with content team to drive engaging content on social media and other digital channels.
