The role will be to identify and secure new clients by supplying the company's solution to improve clients understanding of their customers’ accounts. This will involve you bringing new clients onboard across a potential sector where Investigate can add benefit; this role will be targeting the financial services sector.

The Role

Working closely with the Business Unit Sales Director, this role will entail:

  1. Delivering the new business sales results
  • Ensure the UK revenue and profit margin targets are achieved through a direct value-based sales approach of selling data as services through the overarching Investigate solution.
  • Provision of accurate and timely management reporting of sales forecasts, pipeline, platform and performance.
  • Understand the specific areas within a sector who could benefit from the Investigate solution and help grow the new and exciting solutions which intern will help grow the overall proportion within the Investigate team.
  • Selling to new logo businesses but also establishing warm leads through collaboration internally and “Cross Sell” opportunities where other areas of the business could already be within these sectors.

  1. Sales strategy and planning
  • Working with the Sales Director, review, execute and develop the sales strategy in line with the business strategy, with the expectation of no less than 20% growth
  • Identify larger opportunities for the sale of Investigate as a proportion. To pro-actively self-generate new business leads to build and develop the company’s business margin stream for Investigate software and data enhancement services
  • Target those prospects who need to contact or investigate individuals that they have either lost contact with or that require further investigation
  • Identify opportunities for the company’s products and services required by these organisations
  • To establish and maintain awareness of the company’s products and services as leaders in the marketplace
  • Build a pipeline, which should be three times the target given by cold calling, using LinkedIn and other marketing activity to drive revenue.
  • Operate proactively at senior level within prospect accounts to provide maximum exposure and credibility in exploiting the opportunities identified

  • Experience of the Financial Services/ Fraud sector is a MUST
  • Natural leader
  • Not afraid to build business relationships

This role will provide product tranining but naturally someone who comes from within Industry is highly sought after. Equally this role is remote based with frequent travel and and when required.

  • Scrum Master
    £80000 - £90000 per annum

    My leading investment banking client are looking to bring on an experienced Scrum Master with a background in software development.

    Candidates should have:

    • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in a variety of different organisations/cultures.
    • Experience in a Software Product / IT Development sphere is essential (Financial preferred),
    • Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe)
    • Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, transparency
    • Expertise in the use of JIRA/Confluence
    • Expertise around backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, Epics/Features/Stories
    • Expert knowledge of the software development processes and understanding of Team needs within it
    • Experience of building out a Technical Agile environment (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins/TeamCity, Git/BitBucket, SonarQube)
    • Experience of the IBMi platform, RPG/SQL, Java is a bonus – people from a technical background are preferred
    • Experience of Test Automation in an Agile context a bonus
    • Professional certifications like CSM, PSM, CSPO, CSP, SA, SPC or equivalent are a bonus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
    • Knowledge of other scaled approaches discussed in the Agile space is a bonus (Nexus, LeSS, DSDM)
    • Be comfortable challenging and influencing Stakeholders including Senior Management

  • VMware / Python Developer
    £600 - £650 per day + PAYE

    VMWare / Python Developer - Automation - ESXI - BitBucket - Cloud - Bournemouth (office 2-3 days, rest WFH)

    Contract - 6 months, up to £650/day PAYE

    Global financial services client is looking for a VMware / Python Developer to join their team in Bournemouth on a contract basis. The team focus on delivering modern, distributed Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Iaas) capabilities to support the needs of business applications. Responsible for automating and delivering the platforms in support of the services, that revolve around VMware technologies. The focus is to achieve a comprehensive end-to-end delivery of components that are fully compliant and production ready.

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive VMware infrastructure development experience (ideally 10+years), particularly on deploying ESXi 6.5, 7.0 and products vROps, VRO, VCSA, and other virtual appliances.
    • Python development experience, particularly on automating infrastructure deployments
    • Good knowledge of deploying products using ansible and bitbucket.
    • Experience of working at an enterprise level and scale
    • Working knowledge of private cloud technologies would be beneficial.
