Business Manager / HR & Talent - Equities - 6 month Contract

Role

  • Support the Talent agenda with graduate recruitment initiative, organising assessment centres, training schedules etc
  • Internship programmes
  • Inclusion & Diversity – support for local I&D leads, organise committee meetings, agendas, actions follow up etc.
  • Recruitment – work with recruitment team/finance to pipeline for new talent into the business
  • Change management projects – new technology roll-outs etc
  • Expense budgeting and monitoring
  • Regulatory licensing – maintain in-scope population lists.
  • Maintain central records of FCA licensing status for all FAE staff (CF30, SMCR etc). Coordinate with Core Compliance teams to organise training, registrations etc.
  • Maintain and update FAE Business Continuity plan
  • Ad-hoc business management projects

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a Business management or HR/Talent role preferably within Financial Services
  • Good Excel & Powerpoint skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across various projects.
