My client is seeking a business support specialist to work as part of the International Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team for a 12 month contract based in either London or Chester. You will be a member of the teams that supports the recruitment and talent acquisition team utilising the best fit technology and driving operational efficiency around the hiring needs. This includes providing subject matter expertise around technology, vendor management and outsourcing, process improvement, business control and project/change delivery management

The role supports the EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Manager and provides broad overall business management support, to include:

  • Ensure TA teams are provided with the necessary tools and system access to perform their roles, including system access reviews and supporting the onboarding of new resources across the team.
  • Support TA teams with usage of vendors – advising on processes to source, on-board, manage and pay vendors effectively and in compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Support team training and upskilling activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintenance of TA process documentation, supporting process adherence and improvement.
  • Driving a culture of risk identification and management across TA teams.
  • Produce data and reports to support the management of the TA function.
  • Assist with managing and developing International Talent policies, contracts, programs and guidelines, facilitating changes and required approvals.
  • Support project work as required, both at a regional level and as regional representative on global projects.

In order to be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience of working within an HR Operations support function, preferably aligned to the resourcing function and within financial services
  • Strong expertise and knowledge around resourcing processes and how to optimise them
  • Efficient organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Detail orientated with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Proven ability to engage a wide variety of audiences in a collaborative and results-oriented manner.
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office skills.

    Implementation Project Manager (Software Applications / Data Migration)

    Market leading Investment Management client is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Implementation / Project Manager with a track record of successful software and data migration projects (not infrastructure please). This role will be based in Edinburgh City Centre and will be offered on an initial 6 month basis, but with a view to extend.

    What does the role entail?

    • Working with project, tech and business leads to define implementation strategy.
    • Liaising with tech delivery, operations and test teams to ensure appropriate consideration of priorities and constraints.
    • Overseeing the process from migration to live operations.
    • Managing the creation, maintenance, configuration control and storage of the migration process.


    What experience will the ideal candidate have?

    • Experience of technical/operational implementation delivery and change management.
    • Management experience e.g. will have overseen large scale IT implementations.
    • Strong data migration experience
    • Experience of platform configuration and release management
    • Experience of working with 3rd party providers

    I am ideally looking for candidates who are able to start immediately although 4 week's notice will be considered. The role will pay up to £550 per day for the correct candidate.

    I am currently looking for an Automation Test Lead (Java/ C#) to join a top FinTech organisation based in London/ Surrey. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsiblities

    Prepare test cases corresponding to business and functional requirements

    Devise and carry out both manual and automated tests to establish the quality of the software under test

    Prepare Test Data and Test Case execution

    Log, prioritise, and track defects

    Skills Required

    Strong automation testing/ lead experience

    Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium and Java/ C#

    Expertise in identifying and documenting defects using JIRA

My client are currently seeking to appoint two resourcing advisors on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for screening large volumes of applications, conducting telephone interviews, face to face interviews and assisting with the running of assessment centres. You will be working closely with the resourcing partners in designing and implementing cost effective resourcing plans. Additionally, you will be working collaboratively with their HR Support colleagues to ensure that candidates have a positive on boarding experience.

Key accountabilities include: successfully sourcing candidates, supporting the resourcing partners in building talent pipeline for the future, actively being part of the interview panels as a HR representative, updating the applicant tracking system and working with HR support to monitor new starter background checks and following up on any outstanding documentation to ensure clearance in as timely manner.

We are currently recruiting a bright and diligent resourcing manager, who is able to hit the ground running, on the behalf of a reputable client within the financial services industry. My client is looking for an individual to manage the overall performance of the resourcing team with a focus on driving excellent service levels and quality on a 18 month fixed term contract.

This job role entails reviewing current practice, introducing fresh new ideas about the attraction and selection process and ensuring that the company upholds quality standards for new recruits into the service. You will be expected to oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process, managing budgets, providing specialist resourcing expertise to internal stakeholders and developing an effective recruitment strategy. You will be managing a small team of up to 17 people including resourcing advisors, senior hr co-ordinators and resourcing partners.

The ideal candidate will have the following

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant experience and the ability to demonstrate the level of skills and knowledge required
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team of a similar size
  • Up to date knowledge of the recruitment market; skills, cost, supply and demand and employment law
  • Strong influencing and negotiating experience at a senior level while maintaining positive relationships
  • Experience in managing strategic supplier relationships, recruitment processes, sourcing and assessment
  • Excellent judgement, an ability to make reasoned decisions and to communicate them
