Requirements
- Advanced C++ development skills
- Python experience
- In-depth understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms and how to practically apply the knowledge to real-world problems
- Concrete examples of projects displaying excellent code optimization and memory management skills
- HPC experience (Cuda, OpenGL, FPGA)
- Low-level systems knowledge
- Experience using Machine Learning & Data Mining is beneficial
- Finance experience is not a prerequisite
- Excellent background with a minimum of 2:1 degree from a top tier university

Our client, a highly regarded global financial services organisation are looking to appoint a HR Systems Lead for a global project that will focus on Talent Succession and Internal Mobility.
Reporting into the Head of HR Design and Solution Architecture with a dotted line reporting into the Future Skills programme, this role will have overall accountabilities of:
- Acting as the design lead for key projects or initiatives with a focus on Talent Succession Internal Mobility.
