Our client is a large not for profit/financial services organisation who are looking for Change & Communications Manager to join the business.

This is a brand-new opportunity which will play an integral part of the organisation’s future success. You will be able to use your expertise within change management and employee communications. Managing multiple change projects with a HR agenda and writing and delivering communications to employees.

This opportunity will work closely with the executive committee and their leadership team so experience working at this level will be essential.

This will work as part of a fun but driven team and will suit someone who can roll up their sleeves and enjoy collaborating across the business.

    Payroll Administrator required

    I am currently seeking an experienced payroll administrator on the behalf of a global company operating within the logistics and supply chain industry. They are looking to employ a bright, personable and diligent individual on a permanent basis within their new and vibrant Paddington office.     Key accountabilities include;

    • Advising and dealing with HR, managers and employees queries in an efficient manner
    • Management of payslips and other documentations such as P45, P11D & P60
    • Running monthly reports and perform data cleansing exercises to maintain the integrity of the CoreHR system’s data
    • Calculating and processing all statutory payments and entitlements in accordance with the current legislations
    • Ensuring compliance with the taxation of employee benefits

    • Sound experience using V Look-Ups and Pivot tables
    • Understanding of all HMRC submissions, such as RTI, P11D & PSA
