Our client is a well regarded global asset manager, going through a huge amount of change and are on the look out for an experienced Change and QA professional to take on a manager position in order to ensure that:

  • The team scope, plan and execute all audits using innovative methods to maximise impact and efficiency
  • Identify the root cause of control issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Maintain independence and resilience under challenge, supporting the audit team in key stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Management regarding delivery against plan and escalate as required.
  • Build credible partnership based relationships with stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate complex information to a wide group of senior stakeholders against a background of continuous regulatory change

Skills Required:

Essential

  • Educated to degree level with relevant qualifications
  • Experience of delivering audits of complex or high profile change initiatives in an FS context.
  • Strong awareness of best practice strategic change management, including change delivery frameworks such as waterfall and agile.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • A strong focus on delivering high quality outputs.

Desirable

  • First line experience of leading and delivering large change portfolios or programmes in a complex or challenging corporate environment,
  • Experience in a first line Change quality assurance role, for example a PMO.
  • Excellent written style
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-moving environment.

    Good communication skills and team working ability.

    The successful candidtae will look to revieve anything between £650 - £800 per day
