Our client is a large professional services firm, who are looking for a talented Change Communications Manager to join the business. Working within a specific service line, you will execute the change communications strategy to engage c.1250 employees through their innovation transformation and change agenda.

You will have the opportunity to work amongst a collaborative and supportive team, and report to the Communications & Engagement lead and Change Programme Director within this specific service line. You’ll also work directly with their Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, with a programme team that is passionate about innovation and disruption.

You will deliver change communications across the full range of internal communications channels, including - but not limited to - events, calls, webcasts, email and face-to-face events.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience working in professional services, matrix organisation or large corporate.
  • Experience in transformation and culture change communications, including technology adoption and behaviour change.
  • Used various channels and channel management experience.
  • The ability to work within a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and be a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Experience of commissioning and overseeing campaigns through external agencies.
  • First class written and verbal communications skills.

A successful pension provider based in the heart of Canary Wharf need an Internal Communications Manager to join the team on a contract basis. Due to their ongoing initiatives and change projects across the business, they require extra support within the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team. However, this role could be extended beyond the 6 months.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support, deliver and contribute to the internal communications and staff engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and improve the intranet platform, along with all other channels.
  • Support various senior stakeholders within the business to support with any change initiatives taking place, responding to their urgent requests.
  • Provide communications advice on the various channels to use to achieve the highest level of engagement, either through video content, intranet content, email or via events.
  • Contribute to regular reports for senior management on internal communications activities and progress.
  • Report to the Head of Central Communications and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to embed the company culture and values.

You will have:

  • Experience with an Internal Communications function.
  • Experience using CMS, preferably SharePoint.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience supporting and developing a range of internal communications programmes.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • The ability to use the brand tone of voice and understand how to keep employees engaged.
  • A positive and enthusiastic outlook, with the desire to get stuck in and bring creative ideas forward.
